Committed to the Cause
Meghan Walsh-Farrell, MA
President and Founder

Meghan graduated from Chestnut Hill College with both a BA & BS degree. She earned her MA in Counseling from Rider University and went on to work as a guidance counselor in the Philadelphia Archdiocesan high schools for 10 years. When Ronan was born in 2004, Meghan made the decision to take a break from her career to focus on raising him, and has been a proud stay-at-home mom to her 3 children ever since. Meghan spent over a year living in Delaware with Ronan after his accident and was moved and inspired by the children & families fighting their own medical battles and who were immersed in recovery journeys. She founded in Project GreenHeart in 2018 as a way to support pediatric brain injury survivors and their families. She is excited to put her professional skills to use again!
